Job training is important! It helps employees, managers and owners improve their skills and knowledge, which can lead to increased productivity and performance. It can also help companies retain top talent, reduce absenteeism, and increase profits. To benefit our member companies, the East Tennessee Pest Control Association (ETPCA) has launched a Training Academy Series that is only available to member companies and is included in your member benefits so be sure and take advantage of these training opportunities.

MANAGEMENT SERIES

The Management Training Academy series is designed specifically for both business owners and managers to focus on areas of your business where you can improve processes, save money, and increase revenue. The series will cover topics such as fleet, chemical inventory, recruiting and HR management strategies.

ADMINISTRATIVE SERIES

The Administrative Training Academy Series is designed on increasing skill sets to make tasks easier and more efficient. This series will cover training on software proficiency, organizational skills, calendar management, communication skills and more.

TECHNICAL SERIES

The Technical Training Academy series will provide hands-on field training for pest control professionals. These training courses will be in person and will provide continuing education credits. Topics will include ants, termites, moisture issues and more. Come learn from the best on how to be the best.
