  The East Tennessee Pest Control Association (ETPCA) is offering a virtual training on Customer Service for it's members on May 22nd from 2-3pm ET, sponsored by Arrow Exterminators.

  Overcoming Disgruntled Customers: In this session we will discuss why it is important to handle disgruntled customers, how to acknowledge their concerns, some best practices for diffusing tense situations using empathetic communication and how to proactively prepare for common situations.
